Punch List Inspection
This type of inspection is performed to help prevent the problem of unexpected delays in the construction of a project. These inspections help to insure that all of the aspects of the construction contract are completed before payment is made to the contractor. These are sometimes completed under pressure, and when a client needs an inspection report as soon as possible.
